USA orders will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times.

WE DO NOT SHIP NOR OPERATE OVER THE WEEKEND.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day!
We do not ship on the weekends or Holidays!
We ship using USPS Carrier only!
 

Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season- it may take up to 20 business days.

You will receive two emails from us after your order has been placed

  •         The first email  will confirm your order
  •         The second email will confirm your shipping and tracking information.

Please be assured that once your tracking number is sent to you, your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. This email will contain a link that will take you directly to the USPS website to track your package. This allows the buyer to track their package(s) the entire time to delivery day. 

Please allow up to 24hrs from receipt of tracking email for your package to show up in the USPS system.

Stolen or Undelivered Packages

NOTE:  Maxxx Control LLC is NOT responsible or held accountable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages through transit. All lost, stolen or returned packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.

Orders with Incorrect Address Information

Once your order has been submitted it cannot be modified. Any package returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be charged a reship fee to ship the item(s) back. If you request a refund a restock fee will occur of 20%. Please ensure that your address is correct. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses.
