Refund policy

We do not accept exchanges, process refunds or cancellations after the order is placed, unless an error is made by the seller “Maxxx Control LLC”. If the item you purchased is defective we may within our discretion assist with replacing a new garment.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@maxxxcontrol.com with details of the product and the defect. 

Damaged Items

Defective items MUST be reported within 10 days of receipt. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please contact info@maxxxcontrol.com with photos clearly identifying the damage.

 Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at info@maxxxcontrol.com within 24 hours of receiving your package with photos clearly identifying the incorrect item.
